Who We Are
Established in 2025, MSE was founded by Ziad Sabha, a senior structural engineer with over 30 years of experience in the field of civil and structural engineering.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sabha has led a wide range of projects, including structural assessments, retrofits, rehabilitations, and new designs. He brings specialized expertise in precast and prestressed concrete design, structural strengthening of deteriorated structures, and the restoration of heritage buildings.
For the past two decades, Ziad has been deeply involved in inspections, structural evaluations, material testing, and design development for numerous projects across the National Capital Region. His commitment to technical excellence and sustainable engineering continues to shape MSE’s approach to delivering reliable, innovative, and client-focused solutions.
